The event is taking place at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport, San Francisco, California.

Exhibition Schedule

Load In/Out Times:

• Load In: June 11, 2024, 2:00pm - 7:00pm
• Load Out: June 13, 2024, 2:00pm - 5:00pm

Event times:

• Please follow the final agenda that will be distributed to you on Day 1 of the summit. We recommend you have a representative from your organization at your booth at all times, however the main networking opportunities will be during breaks (pre arranged meeting breaks, meal times)
• You can access our most up to date program here

Notes:

• Tear down can begin as early as 2:00 PM on Day 2 of the summit.
• All exhibitor materials must be removed from the facility by 5:00 PM on June 13, 2024.

SourceOne can provide advance shipping/material handling should you require this service. A link will be emailed to you shortly containing advance shipping/material handling instructions and timelines. SourceOne is to be used for advance shipping/material handling needs ONLY.

Booth Order Details

Please complete your booth order using the Booth Order Form linked below. Please note that all orders placed after 11:59 PM ET on Friday, May 17th, 2024 will be subject to a 50% service fee. For special order items, please contact Event Operations to discuss.

All final booth orders must be received no later than Monday, May 20, 2024.
