Exhibition Schedule

Load In/Out Times:

  • Load In: June 8, 2026 from 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
    Load Out: June 10, 2026 from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Event times:

  • Please follow the final agenda that will be distributed to you on Day 1 of the summit. We recommend you have a representative from your organization at your booth at all times, however the main networking opportunities will be during breaks (pre arranged meeting breaks, meal times).
  • You can access our most up to date program here.

Notes:

  • Tear down can begin as early as 2:00 PM on Day 2 of the summit.
  • All exhibitor materials must be removed from the facility by 5:00 PM on June 10, 2026.
Exhibition & Additional Services

Our exhibition service provider will be SourceOne. They will be available on-site throughout the event to answer any questions you may have. For any additional orders on-site, please speak with your Account Manager and/or Event Operations.

Delivery & Shipping Info

SourceOne can provide advance shipping/material handling should you require this service. A link will be emailed to you shortly from SourceOne containing advance shipping/material handling instructions and timelines. SourceOne is to be used for advance shipping/material handling needs ONLY.

Booth Order Details

Please complete your booth order using the Booth Order Form linked below. Please note that all orders placed after 12:00 PM ET on March 31st 2026 will be subject to a 20% service fee. For special order items, please contact Event Operations to discuss.

All final booth orders must be received no later than April 3rd 2026.

Booth Packages

Each booth comes with a complimentary pipe, drape and basic name board for your 10 x 10 booth space. The drape outlines the following portion of your booth: a back panel that is 8 ft tall, and side panels that are 3 ft tall.

Please note that your booth purchase includes floor space only, allowing you full creative control over your setup. Furniture and other booth elements are not included but can be ordered on the next page.
